This featured product is a precision cut component fabricated from a Radiata pine plywood that is graded AC. You are looking at the A graded face side. Plywood is made up of sheets of veneer. In the United States, there are four basic softwood plywood veneer grades that you need to worry about: A, B, C and D. A is the best you can get, it will have limited amounts of knots and patches and will be sanded on the face side. It is also the most expensive. Each sheet will have two grades, such as AC. The first letter is the face veneer grade, and the second is for the back veneer.

WWC is able to provide value added services to CNC routed parts such as the installation of tnuts or other inserts. The sharp edge can be broken with the addition of a rounded top side or 2 side radius. Light assembly is also available.
